Point and Pay Convenience
Point & Pay is a third party provider of electronic payments, processing services to governmental agencies. Point & Pay charges the following convenience fees to citizens for the optional, citizen-elected convenience of paying their water/wastewater bills with a credit/debit card or e-check.

Flat Fee: $3.00
Credit/Debit Card
Flat Fee of $3.00 per $100.00 as follows:

| $50.01 – $100 | $3.00 |
| $100.01 – $200 | $6.00 |
Payments must be received on or before the bill due date or a late fee will be charged at a rate of 10% of the current bill amount.
